How Can I make my Wigs and Bundles Last?

We Suggest You Shampoo And Condition Your Extensions Every Two Weeks. Deep Conditioning May Be Needed For Some Units. Refrain From Putting Heavy Products That May Wear The Extensions Down.  

Can I Return Or Exchange My LovvelyJ Hair?

No. Due To The Nature Of The Items We Provide, We DO NOT Offer Exchanges Or Refunds On Any LovvelyJ Product. Please Be Sure To Choose The Correct Lengths, Head Size And Textures Before Proceeding To Checkout. If you have any issues with your order please reach out to us, so we can help solve the problem.

Order Cancellation Policy

If You Have To Cancel Your Order Before It’s Been Shipped 35% Of The Order Total Is Withheld And The Rest Is Refunded. This fee only applies if the unit is already in progress of being made or shipped.

To avoid this fee you would need to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
